- 1-2 Large Spears Fresh Aloe Vera or 1/4 cup Bottled
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 2 Large Leaves Chard
- 1 Seeded Green Apples
- 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Frozen Banana (Optional)
- Water & Ice
- Fill blender with water, ice and the first 4 ingredients listed.
- Blend until smooth and add fruit.
- Blend until desired consistency.
