Blue Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
- 1/2 vanilla coconut yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Combine ingredients, blend and serve.
