Broccoli Pesto Dip
Ingredients
- 1 large broccoli
- 2 stems fresh basil (or sage)
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp water
- sea salt and pepper
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth
- Serve as a dip, or on a wrap
