Paleo Greek Turkey Burgers
Ingredients
Combine and set aside:
- 1/2 cup prepared paleo mayo
- 2 teaspoons of curry powder
In a separate bowl combine:
- 1Lb ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon of dried basil
- 1/4 cup of sundried tomatoes diced
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
- 2 tablespoons of prepared curry paleo mayonnaise
Instructions
Grill or broil burgers, place on a bed of spinach and garnish with remaining curry mayo, tomato, red onion, pepperoncini and Greek olives if desired.
