Red Cabbage and Apple Salad
Ingredients
For the salad:
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 2 cups nappa cabbage shredded
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 2 cups granny smith apples cut into matchsticks
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice (place on the apples to prevent browning)
- 1/4 cup of rasins
- 1/4 cup unsalted raw sunflower seeds
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoons Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon dijon or stone ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Whisk to combine salad dressing, and toss with salad.
