Red Cabbage and Apple Salad

Red Cabbage and Apple Salad

Ingredients

For the salad:

  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 2 cups nappa cabbage shredded
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 2 cups granny smith apples cut into matchsticks
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice (place on the apples to prevent browning)
  • 1/4 cup of rasins
  • 1/4 cup unsalted raw sunflower seeds

For the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon dijon or stone ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Whisk to combine salad dressing, and toss with salad.
