Vitality Juice

These eight vegetables combine to boost immunity, stimulate the liver, activate the kidneys and build better blood.

Ingredients

  • Asparagus-3spears
  • Carrots-3 large unpeeled
  • Radishes- 3 with leaves
  • Celery -2 sticks with leaves
  • Beet- 1 small unpeeled with leaves
  • Garlic-1 clove peeled
  • Spinach-1 large handful of leaves
  • Green onions-1 medium (scallion)
  • Lemon-peel and use 1/2
  • Water

Instructions

Run 1/4 cup water through your juicer. It is best to use organic, especially when using root vegetables. Wash all vegetables thoroughly and run through your juicer. This juice is an excellent source of vitamin C, riboflavin and folic acid.
